A state-of-the-art aquatic facility built for sustainable operations.

In response to a growing community, the municipality of Strathcona County required a new recreation centre. We became involved in this project due to our ongoing relationship with Strathcona County. Our team was proud to provide a building management system that maximises the efficiency of this state-of-the-art building.

This project involved constructing a new leisure centre and developing a BMS system based on the engineer’s drawings and mechanical equipment selection. Once the system was designed, we were able to begin the installation. Our team collaborated with other building trades during construction to seamlessly integrate the system with the building infrastructure. Once construction was complete, we began to program and test the system.

Since then, we’ve supported multiple renovation projects and continue to provide ongoing operational support. Our tailored solution guarantees peak performance and comfort for leisure centre visitors and staff by automating mechanical equipment and ensuring sustainable operations.
