An innovated assisted living centre in the heart of Fort Saskatchewan.

In response to Fort Saskatchewan’s older population increasing, a new assisted living centre was built to provide a safe, comfortable living environment that meets the community’s needs. We were entrusted with developing a modern and efficient building management system (BMS) that would provide comfort and convenience for residents while ensuring optimal energy efficiency and sustainability.

We became involved in this project due to our past performance and relationship with Point West Living and the construction team. The project involved constructing a much-needed assisted living facility and developing a BMS system based on the engineer’s drawings and selected mechanical equipment. Working alongside other trades, our team carefully installed the system components during the building’s construction.

At this assisted living facility, the comfort and safety of residents are paramount. With the installation of our BMS system, we provided the facility with centralised control and the ability to monitor all mechanical systems. With our user-friendly interface and real-time data tracking, operations staff can quickly identify and address any issues, ensuring the highest level of comfort and safety for all residents.
