(formerly Gateway Controls) is an independently locally owned Building Controls and Building Management contractor specializing in Building Management Systems, Services and Solutions. Kinetic BMS Inc. is an authorized representative for the supply and installation of Johnson Controls products. Located in Sherwood Park, we have projects both in Edmonton and communities throughout Alberta. We employ skilled Electrical and Technical staff to provide a complete solution for our customers from product design, installation, commissioning and system testing. In addition we provide exceptional product training, technical support and preventative maintenance services.

Rob Paradis is the president and founder of Kinetic BMS Inc. Rob has over 25 years experience in controls and automation and 30 years experience in the HVAC industry. Rob’s background in sales, project management, engineering and as a technician has provided his company a solid foundation to support the needs of our industry partners.

All of our dedicated technicians are graduates from NAIT's Building Environmental Systems Technology (BEST) program. They have extensive working experience in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration industries (HVAC&R).
